Before the Court of Hongkong would enforce
a judgment of a foreign Court, e.g. the Court of Macao the
following requirements would have to be complied with:-

3.
A specially endorsed writ would have to be
issued in Hongkong embodying the substance of the
claim on which judgment had been given in the
foreign Court;
Time for appearance would be allowed to defend-
-ant and if without the jurisdiction an extension
of the time to appear and plead would be allowed
to him.;
The defendant could plead disputing the juris-
-diction of the foreign Court; or that no notice
was given to him of the issue of the writ or in
other words that service was not properly
effected or that no final judgment was signed;
or that the judgment was obtained by fraud.
